What is a Community Generator?

You use your motivational and leadership skills to enhance community resilience by networking engaged citizens through Be The Change activities. 

What are some of the things that Community Generators do?

  • Keep track of Action Circle topics and connect Circles that can benefit from each other.
  • Engage people that are interested in all aspects of Be The Change - workshops, Action Circles, Trainings, etc., and help them get their Be The Change activities off the ground!
  • Market and network with Be The Change to expand our activities.
  • Mentor Circle Convenors and Circle Members when they are in need of assistance. 
  • Hold fun social gatherings for Action Circles and Be The Change volunteers to connect.
  • Have the opportunity to mentor other Circle Convenors on conference calls.
