Carmen Mills ~ "Going Car Free"
Carmen Mills is a co-founder of Car Free Vancouver and the Car-Free Commercial Drive Festival, and of Momentum: The Magazine for Self-propelled People. She is a graphic designer and event organizer, currently working with the Be The Change Earth Alliance. She is a veteran of sundry Critical Masses, Dinosaurs Against Fossil Fuels hi-jinx, and other creative mischief.
