Morgan has over ten years of experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors designing and describing sustainable energy systems. At Offsetters he is responsible for researching, evaluating, and developing new projects to generate carbon credits. In his previous work with a renewable energy company, he designed solar water heating systems for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. As Design Manager, he oversaw installations from concept through to commissioning for retrofit as well as new construction projects. Prior to this, Morgan worked with environmental NGOs developing and delivering interactive programming on sustainable technologies and ecological systems. He is a founding director of the BC Sustainable Energy Association (BCSEA) and a member of the Canadian Solar Industries Association (CanSIA) education and training committee. Morgan also plays piano and keyboards and enjoys composing, recording, and performing alongside some of Vancouver’s most inspiring and gifted musicians.
