How to Add Participants to Your Circle

First you need to Search the database to see if people in your Circle already have an account.

1. click Search for User under my Account

2. follow the directions for searching

3. if you find them scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Submit to add them to the Circle

4. check off the people you've found and added and then follow the next steps for people who do not yet have an Account

1. choose Create New User under my Account

2. user their full name for a UserName

3. enter their email address (they will be emailed their username and password)

4. leave the password blank as the system will generate one

5. be sure the "Notify User of New Account" has a check mark beside it

6. complete their information

7. click Create New Account

8. Put a check mark in the Scribe box, and click Save. This enables them to track their own actions in the Action Tracker
