Although medical science and technology are performing miracles in the operating room, the toxic soup we are living in and the relentless stress of work-addicted lifestyles are breaking down our bodies’ immune systems. The incidence of cancer is rapidly escalating. Not surprisingly, taking care of ourselves in ways that create personal health and well being also creates health and well being for the planet.
