SLS Module - Innovation

I value human creativity and the power of committed individuals to influence positive systemic change.

As renowned anthropologist Margaret Mead exclaimed, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has!”

Systemic change for sustainability is required within our entire social framework, and is becoming the next big wave of industry for society. What better place and time for students to become inventive, innovative thinkers than by updating food, waste and energy systems in their schools today? Students learn team building skills through brainstorming, collaborating, completing feasibility studies and project planning and the satisfaction of creating real positive change. Schools benefit with sustainable systems that support 21st century values.
