Sarah Newton

Director

Sarah is a classroom educator and environmental activist. She has taught for two decades in Revelstoke and northern British Columbia. Her classroom focus is inspiring students to become forces for good in the world. She does this through place-based learning, community activism and fostering the development of pro-social attitudes in her students. Sarah grew up and was educated in Nova Scotia, and now lives on Wet'suwet'en territory in Smithers, British Columbia.
