Curriculum 4 Change:
From Climate Anxiety to Action
Teaching climate education today can feel complex. Students are bringing real concerns about environmental degradation, social justice, and their own futures into the classroom, and educators are expected to hold space for these conversations while still meeting curriculum goals.
Curriculum 4 Change (C4C), a brand new program offering from Be the Change Earth Alliance, is designed to help you navigate these challenges with confidence.
C4C is a free online library of 20+ student workbooks, lesson plans, and experiential activities designed to help you easily bring high-quality environmental and social justice education to your classroom. Accessible, flexible project-based learning builds climate literacy that students apply directly to real-world issues.
C4C Is For You!
C4C is designed for classroom use. Engaging, manageable, and grounded in hope, it helps students move from despair and overwhelm toward meaningful dialogue and climate action - in your classroom.
Sign up below to receive an exclusive opportunity to pilot Curriculum 4 Change with your students next semester! In advance of our fall launch, your expression of interest will give you early–bird access to these brand new learning resources ahead of the next school year.
By September 2026, you’ll get access to:
- Plug-and-play lessons and project ideas, aligned with BC curriculum, on a wide variety of environmental and social justice topics
- Scaffolds to guide students from knowledge acquisition to real-world action
- Strategies for facilitating thoughtful, age-appropriate conversations on complex issues
- Tools to support student hope, engagement, and social-emotional learning
- The chance to tell us about your experience with C4C, helping to shape the future of these learning resources for students across the province
As a thank you from us, the first 50 early-bird educators who sign up to pilot C4C in their classrooms will gain priority booking access for Be the Change’s free interactive student workshops. From connection to nature to climate justice to outdoor habitat restoration, let our offerings support your students to grow their skills, agency, and hope!
