Letter Writing lesson plans

BTCEA has developed lesson plans to guide youth through taking action by writing letters to advocate for change. We have 3 distinct units: letter writing to school administration, local businesses, and municipal governments.

These lesson plans will help youth find an issue in their community that they are passionate about, take meaningful action to have their voices heard and make positive environmental and social justice changes. The lesson plans will support youth to think critically, research and understand local and climate justice issues, and creatively communicate to hold others accountable.
